Shipping

Please allow 1-4 business days to ship your order after it has been received. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

Copper and Crystal is not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect shipping addresses provided.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• All sales are final.
• Product images shown may vary in color from the actual product. Variations in device screens, web browser, etc. are beyond our control.
• If an item is damaged upon arrival, customers must email their concern within 30 days of receipt to initiate an exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Copper and Crystal must receive the item within 60 days of sale.
• If opting for a refund, it shall be issued within 1-3 days of receipt of the return. Refund will be made in full, excluding shipping costs. Items returned must be unworn and with their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns when these conditions are unmet.
