Shipping

Please allow 1-4 business days to ship your order after it is placed. You will receive an email notification when your order ships. Copper and Crystal is not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect shipping addresses provided.

 

Returns, Refunds & Repairs

All sales are final. Product images shown may vary in color from the actual product. Variations in device screens, web browsers, etc. are beyond our control. If an item is damaged upon arrival, customers must email their concern within 30 days of receipt to initiate an exchange, repair, or refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Copper and Crystal must receive the item within 60 days of sale. If opting for a refund, it shall be issued within 1-3 days of receipt of the return. Refund will be made in full, excluding shipping costs. Items returned must be in new condition.  We reserve the right to refuse returns when these conditions are unmet.

 

Custom Orders

Please be aware that we may not accept all custom orders. Also, keep in mind that each piece and stone is unique. Designs used as inspiration cannot be exactly replicated. Each piece will vary.

 

Materials

Natural stones and crystals make up the majority of the jewelry on this site.  However, some stones used may be manufactured, dyed, heat-treated, or enhanced in some other way.  This is noted in the description when it applies. Natural stones have imperfections, and each stone will be unique. Some stones are harder or more durable than other stones. Softer stones such as calcite and fluorite can be scratched with a knife.

In addition to copper wire, some designs use silver-plated copper, sterling silver, stainless steel, or other plated metals.  Designs using copper will be oxidized and polished for an antique look. As with the nature of some metals, copper may tarnish over time.
